Advanced Property Management is a company that specializes in rental properties for home, vacation or business. This site is being designed to show prospective rentals from all over Coos County, so it serves the needs of both renters as well as property owners. I designed this in such a way that my Client could upload properties on their end as needed, along with pictures of their choosing. Managing properties can be hectic enough, so our Client will be able to fully update descriptions and availability at the touch of a button with their custom scripted, easy to use admin panel.
