NIE Pet Idol
This fun-filled World Newspaper sponsored event is an online voting contest where pet owners can enter their pets to be voted on for the coveted title of Pet Idol. Each vote raises money, and proceeds go towards "Newspapers In Education", which is a program that provides newspapers in classrooms throughout the area. The Pet Idol website was as fun to create as it was popular.
